I just read this FABULOUS article from Woman’s Day on Yahoo! Health debunking some classic myths about calorie burning. I love this article so much that I want to marry it!! Every single point is right on target and I agree with this article wholeheartedly. In fact, I sometimes feel as though I’m on a personal crusade to debunk a few of these myself… I’m constantly telling people that there is no such thing as eating negative calories and it angers me to no end when I see articles that promote working out on an empty stomach.
