It’s New Year’s Eve and I happened upon this article from AOL’s Everyday Health that I thought would be PERFECT for that New Year’s resolution to lose weight that I’m sure you all have on your list. The problem with most of us is that we make excuses to avoid working out, when really it should be one of your top priorities. What I love about this article is that it debunks these excuses… it even talks about getting over the fact that you’re going to muss your perfected coif, which I didn’t even know was such a problem!! Anyway, I figured these helpful hints would motivate you to kick-start those resolutions without a hitch.
